Conventional multi leaf springs consist of heat treated spring steel flats of reducing lengths held together to a predetermined camber (curve) by a bolt at its center. They are flexible and offer resistance to bumps and are designed more for load-bearing. Conventional leaf spring assembly are capable of holding large amounts of weight. The load borne by the spring is proportionally divided between the main leaf and the supporting leaves.

A thoroughly planned and precisely controlled process is used to make leaf springs at Sharda Auto. Each leaf spring goes through many tests before being called SHARDA leaf spring.
